Speaking of, I was eliminated from my one of my first LIMS icontest. (Last icon maker standing) It was drwho_lims and I so wasn't surprised. I really didn't want to do it anyway, just gave it a try. And I hadn't truly realized just how talented some of our DW icon-makers are. Just some beautiful icons out there.

Luckily, I've so far doing pretty well in lantis_lims, we're on round...12 I believe and I'm still in there! I like my current entry, crossing fingers for voting going my way.

I'll have a nice batch of SGA icons because of the icontest.

And, thanks to this LIMS, I've tried to get much more creative because it's gotten so hard. Unfortunately, it applies to EVERY SINGLE OTHER SHOW I ICON EXCEPT FOR DOCTOR WHO.

It pisses me off.

*sigh* I'll just go and watch DW's "The Long Game". My guilty pleasure episode. :D

I thought about that terrible hardship when I asked. Really, honestly, I shouldn't make you do something that you will totally be thrilled by...

I rewatched the episode myself earlier this week. It reminds me how much more breathing space the S1 episodes have in them; even when they're being silly, it doesn't seem rushed. The scene in the steam tunnel...just lovely.

Heh! I think one of my favorite bits is that Suki (the girl he HUGS) is clearly infatuated with him the moment they meet and it's adorably because she can't stop looking at him. I love it.

"The Long Game" is a good ep. Sure, it doesn't stand up to Dalek, or PotW or TEotW, but it's a good ep. :)
