Alright! I've got the first two episodes of S2 Torchwood down. On to the third and a couple others tomorrow.

Tosh is still my favorite. :P

So far, I still like Gwen. I never hated her or disliked her, so I'm still not seeing where the bitterness towards to her is coming from. I mean, I know what's she's done and what she's done wrong, but still.

And hey! Ianto finally gets a personality? We'll see if that's a good thing.

So far, most of the reviews are right, Owen is so far a vast improvement. It's almost unfair, as I still remember how uncomfortable I was with his scene in the very first episode.

I'm gonna fall hard for the Owen/Tosh pairing though, aren't I?

Jack...never changes, does he?

"Sleeper" was a great episode, although the ending...I'm sick of people being shot to death. But where was this episode in S1?

And.......James Marsters is welcome to come back anytime. I really liked how he said his line "Oh, but I was a good wife" and Tosh's "I bet you were!" It cracked me up.

Tosh should be cheeky more often, yes?

Alright, off to see "To the Last Man" and I'll either catch the 4th episode tonight or tomorrow.

Yes, Ianto is less of a cipher this series and Owen will rock beyond the telling of it because Burn Gorman is an acting genius.

I have meta'd the entire thing at length if you want to browse a review or two *g* and everything should be easily findable from the sidebar.

Burn Gorman is why I didn't hate Owen with a passion in S1. He's fantastic and I'm so glad to know that he's keeping it up.

I'll definitely have to catch up on your meta, because I have a feeling that I'll finally like thinking and talking about these episodes :D

It is a lot better, isn't it? I won't say the series has been without bumps, but overall, much improved.

I still don't see a bit of chemistry between Jack and Ianto AT ALL, with tons and tons between Jack and Gwen, which is a bit confusing as they don't quite seem to realize it, but I agree with you on Gwen. I don't understand the hate; I don't understand the hate with Rose either, but I can see a little more where that's coming from. And I'm very glad they learned how to deal with Owen better - I won't spoil you, I'll just say you'll appreciate him quite a lot in this series.

Yes, having seen the first four now, I definitely agree with that assessment. Improved but not completely.

The chemistry that I'm not seeing between Jack and Ianto is because I really don't feel I know Ianto, at all.

And the thing is, I don't care to. Which probably isn't nice of me but his character doesn't interest me in the slightest.

Heh, it's okay about spoilers, I know plenty. I haven't tried to hide from them, even though I haven't really gone out of my way to find them.

Owen's story this season sounds pretty good, and I can't wait to get to those episodes. (Martha being in them almost seems like a bonus, although I can't wait to see her)
