Icons and Stuff

I didn't say anything yesterday, for a reason I'll explain in a moment, but I posted a new batch of SGA icons over at my graphics comm. You can find them here. Enjoy if you check them out.

So, yesterday, about 3PM, a thunderstorm rolled over my area and stuck for a bit. And then knocked out our power. It wasn't a big deal, just different because the whole year we've lived here, the power almost always kicked back on after a minute. This time it didn't. And my computer ran out of power soon after and my iPod, apparently, wasn't powered enough and there was nothing to read (that I wanted to).

So, we went without power for about 3 hours. Could have been way worse, but luckily, the storm caused the weather to be a bit cooler, so we weren't dying from the heat.


OH, miz_thang88 over at tragic_radiance posted their batch of requests and I fell sort of bad because I did the interest thing, where the iconner picks three random interests you have and icons them. I forgot I had House listed and she made that icon for me. It's so pretty! But I don't really need it. But she also made me a beautiful Chloe/Clark icon (from Smallville) and a gorgeous Chris Eccleston icon.
