I want to change my layout and put in my own header and colors and all that jazz.

Call me a dumb blonde, but how the hell do I do that? I hate searching for the answer because I just end up confusing myself.

Somebody out there put me out of my misery, pretty pretty please, and help me out a bit? Or direct me somewhere that uses real words?

Also, curiously, did anyone actually watch Smallville last night? I didn't have the smallest urge to, and I don't think I've read anyone on my flist's reaction. Was it that terrible?

That's how I do it (http://angdelia.livejournal.com/37513.html#cutid1) (I think you need to be using S2, though), and then I changes the colors and everything else manually (http://www.livejournal.com/customize/).

I actually enjoyed Smallville quite a bit last night, I just don't always post post-episode reactions. :-) My one complaint is that I really want them to get over Clark/Lana ASAP, because every time you thing they might be done... they turn around and go right back to it. But it was at least well-done last night, and some issues were aired.

Someone's probably already pointed you to this, but for colors at least, you go here (http://www.livejournal.com/customize/options.bml) and click on "colors." I have no idea how to install a special header, though.

That's my biggest problem with Smallville right now. They just can't get away from Clark/Lana and they don't realize that it's such a regression and annoyance for the characters.

But I'm glad people did enjoy it!
