meganlynn09So, I jinxed myself by saying I was going to watch it ASAP earlier, because I had to wait until it aired on NBC. Damnit.
Anyway.
It was very hard to watch that last scene with my dad in the room, because I felt stupid crying, and yet...I did. First I thought he was just going to hand Claire off, then I thought the Haitian was going to kill him and then it was just...that scene sort of gutted me.
So, I still need more Claude/CE! And I got confused as to why he was to be killed, because he was hiding "one of his own", right? HOW did he heal from that? And who was he hiding, if that's what it was?
I may have just been distracted because...dude, that's my man and I could never wipe the grin off my face whenever he was on-screen, especially when he just materialized like that and Mr Bennet was "Holy shoot". Hahah. *drools listening to CE talk*
And he spoke Japanese (right?) "Happy Fathers' Day". Fucking awesome.
We're supposed to get one more episode with CE, yeah? There's just not enough closure for me, and really? I'm gonna cry if his last appearance on this show was him getting shot, even if we know he's alright.
DUDE, Hiro's dad! That fucking blew me away, even though I saw his name in the credits. Before he turned around with Claire, my dad was practically yelling "It's Nathan! It's Nathan!", I love my dad when he's so sure and wrong. It's hilarious.
Funny little thing, I was trying to explain to my dad that because Nathan is Claire's dad, Peter is her uncle and he was like "That's creepy." Amused, I asked him why, and he was just "I don't know." And he really didn't.
Anyway, why couldn't Ted be a real mute? He gets some of the worst lines on this show, and he's not really delievering them well.
And Matt...if they bring him into the organization, I will be so happy because they need to give Greg a better storyline then with his cheating, pregnant wife.
I feel kind of bad, because Claire actually annoyed me a little. When she was tied up with her mom, I was just like, "Shut up and help your family", her bitterness wasn't going to get them anywhere.
But it's terribly sad that now that she knows her dad's put his family above everything, she's lost him. *sobs a little*
Oh that was awesome. In a heartbreaking way, of course.
Why did Eric Roberts shot Ted? And what did he shot him with and did he do it on purpose? I'd like to think not, because he looked almost traumatized coming out of the house.
Heh, Eric Roberts and Chris Eccleston in the same room, should that be amusing?
So, Ted can't die from his own powers, yeah? Damn, I thought it would be really interesting if he actually died, but now there's still a chance Peter will run into him.
Such random thoughts. I might be watching this one again. I might actually be a little in love with HRG, even if I do hate him a little for what he did to his wife because she seemed very awesome in this episode.
But next week? Looks like it's gonna be a mind-fuck and I can't wait!

You're very much right, CE is sexy and black and white just...guh.
