Oh man, I've read Office spoilers. I'm happy and mad at myself because I remember how surprised and thrilled I was by the finale and I would have liked that for the premiere, but damnit. THERE WERE PICTURES, YOU GUYS. PICTURES.

*sighs*

You can't give me an ending like that and make me wait, what, four months?! I did the same thing after the S1 finale of BSG, and S5 of Gilmore Girls.

Speaking of The Office, I have a little babbling under the cut. No spoilers beyond the S3 finale, promise. I thought about this a while ago.

I was watching some early Scrubs the other week, like S1, and in the episode "My Bed Banter & Beyond" (it's the first time Elliot and J.D. try a relationship, I believe), Dr. Cox is talking about relationships and he said this:

"Relationships don't work the way they do on television and in the movies: Will they, won't they, and then they finally do and they're happy forever -- gimme a break. Nine out of ten of them end because they weren't right for each other to begin with, and half the ones that get married get divorced, anyway. And I'm telling you right now, through all this stuff, I have not become a cynic, I haven't. Yes, I do happen to believe that love is mainly about pushing chocolate-covered candies and, you know, in some cultures, a chicken. You can call me a sucker, I don't care, 'cause I do...believe in it. Bottom line...is the couples that are truly right for each other wade through the same crap as everybody else, but, the big difference is, they don't let it take 'em down."

Maybe it's because I've had it on my mind because I got a little obsessed with watching S2 and re-watching S3, but my mind instantly went towards Jim/Pam of The Office.

If (or when, it's most likely inevitable, and COME ON, they set up a date!) they try a romantic relationship, that's what I want to see. Of course, I'd want them to make it, but I want to see that they do have those up and downs, and unlike J.D and Elliot, I want them to fight to be together.

Why am I mentioning this? Because it was driving me insane and I needed to get it out there. And because seriously? While what he was saying was in some way about J.D and Elliot, it totally fits Jim and Pam.

I really love a lot of Cox's speeches, they're so awesome.

Has anyone else seen some of the recent promos for Pushing Daisies? My goodness, they may as well just air the second episode, they're almost GIVING away the first one.

Aw, sparky. I know. *hugs you*

Don't read spoilers! Maybe your restraint will help help me.

I don't know why I'm obsessed. It kinda sucks.

They are, they are.

Oh Toby, I definitely entertained that thought as well.
