I really am sorry you guys, but I promise to put everything under cuts to keep these as short as possible!

I am thrilled for China. They really needed this, and to see how much they had wanted it made me so happy for them to win. And so spectacularly as well!

I was really cheering for my boys though, when it looked like they could get the silver. But we messed up bad on the floor routines, or at least Joe Hagerty did. My dad was not so kind about that!

And we didn't do our best with the pommel horse, EXCEPT SASHA WHO I STILL THOUGHT WAS UNDERSCORED.

I really wanted to see other teams compete, and not just when it rides on who's getting a medal or not. I can see why the Germans didn't pull it off with their pommel horse routines, they were too simple, but I'd like to see how well they did elsewhere. And maybe show us some others. Didn't they use to do that?

And right now, I'm totally cheering on little Jonathan Horton (he's 5'1"!) for the individual all-around. He was so awesome and perfect last night. I almost thought he had super glue on his feet with those landings he stuck!.

And now to look forward to the women's team finals tonight...

I thought I had said it in the post, but I didn't, I was happy with it too! Especially when I saw them celebrating it like they were.

I was probably just thinking about my dad grumbling about how better it would've been with the Hamm brothers, heh.

But I'm happy with what we got!

TOTALLY, that's why it's was exciting and cool and probably why they were absolutely thrilled with it.

I'd be really sad too if that was it for them.
