So....it seems that the Sci-Fi channel is as enamored of S1 of Doctor Who (new) as I am as they had ANOTHER marathon of S1 today.

And well, I wasn't really watching, I was playing on-line, not getting really invested in re-watching "The Parting of the Ways" and yet, it didn't matter. Nine's goodbye at the end STILL made me cry.

I miss Nine so fucking much right now. Damn.

Oh, and I caught that True Blood, on HBO, and am totally into that now, after ONE episode, yes. That was a great hour to spend. I hope to stay interested and I hope it doesn't work against me that I haven't read the series (nor heard of the books until a few months ago).

I, unfortunately, was already spoiled for one thing inadvertently.

But I continue to adore Anna Paquin, as I have for many, many years. I think since Fly Away Home. Still not sure about the blond hair, but it's really easy to overlook when watching.

Crap, there's all these shows now, new and coming back. I think I'm gonna have trouble keeping up!

Parting of the Ways is probably my favorite finale EVER. It still blows me away every time I watch too.

I enjoyed the episode that aired. As far as I know, the biggest change, I didn't see the pre-air pilot, so I'm not completely sure, is that they re-cast Tara (the best friend).

Haven't seen Fringe yet, I'm recording it to watch later, though. I hope I like it.

If I hadn't known CE was leaving, I think I would have been traumatized and not watch further, most likely. So instead, I'm sad he's gone but I continued watching!

Isn't that kind of a constant state? In a way, it is with me, and ironically, I think I feel it more now than I did then, giving everything that has gone on.

I've never cried more than I did at PotW than any episode of television in my life. The only thing that's come close is the movie Truly, Madly, Deeply, but that's because it's 2 hours long.

Yeah, it kinda is. Constantly reminded of it whenever I see Ten. Hurts a lot to re-watch PotW.

Oh, yeah, as I said above, totally get you there :D

I think I cried more with the ER episode that Lucy dies in. But this one will probably ALWAYS get me.
