Because I figured out how fun they are to make I'm making a batch of animated icons from series one and two of Doctor Who.

Any ideas or special requests?  Hopefully none from "World War III" because I don't have that episode, nor will I anytime soon.  But aside from that, I have all the episodes.

So...I could really use some ideas.  Thanks!

Also, I'm taking icon ideas/requests for Doctor Who and Stargate: Atlantis.  But I'm just not that creative and I've run out of ideas, and I'm bored and want to make icons, because at the moment, I have nothing better to do.

P.S.
I found out last night, that I'm quite the prude.  Gave me a shock that did.

Actually, was going to do some stills of the same, but you make such marvelous animated icons I'd love to see what you would come up with.

Speaking of Boomtown... Has anyone ever done an animated icon of the high fives? I can't remember seeing one, but it seems so obvious.

And I love that shot of them walking along the plaza, with Rose bouncing all around the Doctor like a happy puppy. I've been sorely tempted to do a fanvideo (although I've never done anything of the sort) to John Mellencamp and Me'Shell Ndego'ocello's version of Van Morrison's "Wild Night", and that's definitely one of the clips I want to set to "And the wind catches your feet and sets you flying" (the first time it comes up, it would be the bridge run in "Rose", of course).

The funny thing is, I've been thinking about this for months, but I haven't done it because I'm afraid of getting addicted to vidding! It's like me and photography when I was a teenager - back in the days before digital photography, I knew I couldn't get too hooked because I couldn't afford it! I still think I'd prefer conventional photography and the art of chemical developing...so I just don't.

A lot of times, it's context, too - if things are a surprise. Or RL vs. imagery.

I can answer that. "OTP" stands for one true pairing, and I believe that "OT3" stands for one true...threesome? I think.

Ah! OTP = One True Pairing (in DW, this is more complicated than in most fandoms!) OT3 is an adaptation for threesomes. IMO, Jack/Nine/Rose is the only thing like a canonical OT3 that exists!

I can try it, but when I was going through the episode, it looked like it would be difficult. But I'll definitely give it a try, but I really love that.

And I just finished a hand!porn one, so yay! I'm sure there are some others out there, but I'll add mine to the mix. Thanks for the suggestions!

I know what you mean! I love the icons I have and I don't want to get rid of them, but then I see all these other awesome icons, and I have to have them!

But then, icon hunting can be really fun. And yeah, 100 just isn't enough!
