YAY, I saw the new episode of SGA 3x12 "Echoes" just now. It was really good, I thought. Of course, some things distracted me from paying attention to the science, but I think we all know SGA science!

If you don't like my ships, you might not like all my squeeing.

YAY SPANKY! I have no idea where that name came from for Ronon/Teyla, but wow, were they in this full force!

I especially loved the scene where he visited her in the infirmary, HELD HER HAND, and told her she had to get better so that she could teach those to meditate and she called him hopeless. I really don't think they could push Sheyla after this one. 'Cause if I didnt' ship them before, I sure as hell will now!

And there was little Sparky, but it was there! They had a couple scenes together and then when she passed out, HE FREAKIN' CARRIED her to the infirmary. Dude, I'm easy when it comes to my ships and that? Was hot like woah.

Okay, shipping squees over with.

It was funny when everyone's hearing was messed up, like John jumping in late with his "WHAT?" and Elizabeth at the end.

My god those "echoes" were chilling. I think I freaked out with Teyla when she first saw the burned man.

What was nice was that we got to see everyone, but still little Carson. That was rude!

But it was nice to see more of Teyla and we got to see Kate again, the psychologist or whatever. Sweet.

God, Elizabeth/Torri is still looking beautiful. They must be doing her makeup different, but she looks better every week. Not that she looked bad, but damn.

And I still don't see shipping John and McKay! I'm sorry.

Oh, now...Both the Sparky/Spanky (random names) scenes sounds quite cute. If I didn't ship what I ship, I would ship those two.

I'm not completely sure where Spanky came from, but I know Sparky really was random, couple years ago they were just trying to come up with a name for the ship, and that's what they got.

Ships aside, I really loved this episode!

Makeup is better, but I really don't like her hair, especially in that episode... I liked them better when they were shorter anc curlier...

Ah, I love her hair longer, but personal tastes and all. And I agree with the makeup, they aren't using a lot it seems, which is very nice, and Teyla/RL is looking as lovely.

In some scenes, they insisted a bit too much on the makeup on Teyla I thought, so I didn't find her as gorgeous as usually, though I agree she is very beautiful most of the time. Much better now than back in season 1 where they were doing terrible things with her heair *shudders*

I didn't actually pay much attention to Teyla's makeup, of course that might have been because they makeup they did on her in the infirmary, where she really looked like she was dying kinda freaked me out!

I noticed it only in the scene where she talks with Heightmeyer, but the rest of the episode, she was ok, her usually beautiful self :p

I know, I'm whining for one scene. :p Poor me! *headdesk*

I recognized in the scene with Teyla, but I really had a doubt in the scene where she talks with Elizabeth. Even now, I'm wondering if it was really the same actress *weird, very weird*

I remember reading somewhere, I think someone's review post of the ep said it was the same actress. But then, the hair and how long it's been since we've seen her could be clouding what we think.

I was sold when they showed her walking. I'm weird like that, I always pay more attention to how a person walks, I pay a lot of attention to body language all of a sudden!

You know, I always thought Teyla and Ronon were probably really good friends, they hung out a lot, but damn, this episode just makes me want to gush over them. I so wasn't expecting that.

I said it to someone earlier, some may think that he was like a worried older brother but 1. You don't sleep with you're little sister and 2. IMHO, that was sexual chemistry, or at least romantic chemistry.

I wonder if we'll get any more of Carson before they reduce him?

If we could get more of the Teyla in this episode then damn, she already outranks McKay, lol.

MCKAY AND SHEPPARD ARE BROTHERS. Damn, that's all I can see it as. McKay wasn't to live up to his big brother Sheppard.

I just don't see the older brother thing, I really don't. Some do and that's fine, I'm not gonna start calling people on it. It's just disturbing for myself to see the kind of chemistry they have and people call is siblingly(not really a word I don't think).

I was reading the sga newsletter, it does not help me to keep my ranting levels to a minimun.

Yeah, I saw all those people raving about ZOMG MCSHEP IS SO CANON. I really don't have much hope that TBTP would even come close to making it canon. Look at them bouncing around with Teyla/Ronon, Teyla/John and John/Elizabeth.

Although, even though they're not, Teyla/Ronon are probably the most near to canon than any of them.
