I Have a Request for BSG watchers

By some chance, if someone reads this post, and you are kind of indifferent to the relationships on BSG(like Lee/Kara, Lee/Dee and Kara/Anders for example), could you please tell me how you interpreted the scene between Lee, Kara and Anders from LDYB Pt. 2?!

I don't know, even if you aren't indifferent to relationships, I'll take your opinions too. I know I was harsh earlier, but I just hated seeing Lee hurt like that, especially when I saw it as totally unprovoked.

Help me out please!! (especially when I kept writing Helo instead of Help)

I'd be lying if I said I'm indifferent to the relationships. I'd be satisfied with any pairing that made the participants happy... at least as far as supporting that relationship. Kara was obviously happy with Anders, so she should indulge.

However, that doesn't mean that I applaud the latest example of her insensitive and disrespectful behavior toward Lee. This is certainly nothing new for Kara. She has always been a lousy friend, with disrespect and insensitivity being her tradmarks right from their first meeting in the mini-series and continuing consistently ever since. Lee is finally accepting the fact that Kara doesn't really care about him and she is no true friend, so he gave up on her and moved on.

Lee wants a partner to share his life with.
Kara wants a lapdog that she can kick around and still have at her beckon call.
They've both found what they want, just not with each other.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I kind of hated that this scene affirmed that they really aren't anywhere near the same place, on a friend level or any other. Thanks again for this, it makes sense with their relationship right now.
