But I ignored this bit last night, and now it's very very clear.
THE FUCKING BAN ON SAME-SEX MARRIAGES PASSED HERE. WTF Florida? I'm so angry right now. I just...we turn blue but still find a way to fuck up. 62%-37%
Well, my mom and I voted against it (I'm afraid to ask my dad, but I think he may have voted for it). I suppose that's all I can say right now. FUCKING HELL. I really don't see the state picking up and working to appeal this or whatever anytime soon. It kinda feels like some people just voted for Obama and then went red the rest of the way.
But man, it's really nice to see that Obama won the national popular vote 52%-46% (so far?), that's such a nice margin. It's really beautiful to see the electoral map from 2004 and see it now.
Oh, and are they not gonna call Missouri and North Carolina for a while? Re-count? Or are they counting Missouri as McCain yet?
